How are we different from other real estate agents?
The obvious answer is that we are a mother/daughter team. However, that is just make-up of our team. The core differences come from who we are and how we balance each other out. Mary Ann has been in the business for 30 years and is knowledgeable and versed in real estate and the many facets of real estate such as planning, zoning, probates, and short sales. Because of her 30 years of experience and her volunteerism in communities and with the city of Los Angeles, her sphere of influence exceeds the average real estate agents, therefore allowing us to target even more potential buyers to help us achieve one of our main goals, which is to sell your house in the least amount of time. Because peoples needs sometimes exceed just the sale of their home, Many Ann’s extensive knowledge has been able to assist our clients needs beyond their initial expectations.
Angela was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She became licensed in 2006 although her journey in real estate started early on when she would tag along with Mary Ann on listing appointments, property showings, and the like, at a young age. Soon after high school, she began working an administrative job at a Mercedes Benz dealership while taking preparatory courses and studying for the Real Estate State Exam. In 2006 when she became licensed, she joined forces with her mom and jumped into the world of real estate and joined Keller Williams Realty. Angela also attended California State University Northridge, and recently graduated, earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Finance.
